Doug is on a luxury liner Nation Magazine tour so that covers his own sybaritic socialism for the time being. Monday night is not good for me because I have to get up too early in the morning. I will be taking a week off in August so maybe we can hook up then. I would be very curious to see a hot night spot that declares that socialism was a good thing. The last time I went to that kind of place was in 1991 or so--on 14th Street I believe. It is so long ago that I can't even remember the name.
