Don't recall reading that but I'm only about halfway through. If I
come across it I'll let you know.

Those Robber Baron guys were extraordinarily ruthless, violent, and
devious. We ye olde Eurocapitalists like that too, or is this an
example of American exceptionalism?

I also just got a book called Dynamite: The Story of Class Violence
in America, by Louis Adamic, which Adolph Reed speaks highly of. Not
sure if it covers intra-class violence though.
