   The Cygwin tools for Windows also has a whois client, as well as all
the other stuff listed above, Apache server, OpenSSH, tr, and the
ever-important robots.  Nifty install program lets you select what
packages to install, then downloads and installs them for you; rerun the
program later for easy upgrade of your previously selected packages.
