Hi Ale, Firstly, you can just not accept the security license and it will not try to install it, then secure sharing will not be available.
Secondly, if you do not need sharing at all there is a cut down version of nepomuk available. It's listed as "DFKI Nepomuk" at the bottom of [1] This includes less features, i.e. no sharing, no other social features, but it is a bit leaner. Thirdlly, we've not really tested in 64 bit linux, I believe some of our components that use native libraries may not ship the 64bit version and you'll be out of luck. I can't see a reference to exactly this going wrong in the log you attach though. You can try installing 32bit java and run it there?
