Members of the Council on Foreign Relations and other Roundtable
Groups operate under the Chatam House rule devised in 1927
(http://www.chathamhouse.org.uk/about/chathamhouserule/ ):

Chatham House Rule

The Chatham House Rule reads as follows:
"When a meeting, or part thereof, is held under the Chatham House
Rule, participants are free to use the information received, but
neither the identity nor the affiliation of the speaker(s), nor that
of any other participant, may be revealed".

The Chatham House Rule is a “limited hangout.” A limited hangout is a
form of deception, misdirection, or coverup often associated with
intelligence agencies involving a partial release sensitive
information. It establishes credibility for releasing the information
but in actuality, withholds key facts, protecting a deeper operation
and those who could be exposed if the whole truth came out.

By invoking the Chatham House Rule the RIIA and CFR have been able to
hide their undue influence from the public and take control of the US
and British governments.
Terry Melanson ( The Round Table Group: Googling the Elite's Who's
Who http://www.conspiracyarchive.com/Commentary/Elite.htm ) created
a tool to help do this. It works well to investigate members of the
CFR, RIIA, Trilateral Commission, Bilderberg Group and other
organizations.

Terry has created a javascript bookmark that you can use to find out
if a name is affiliated with these organizations. You can add the
bookmark to your favorites list or toolbar. The tool allows you to
highlight a name and click the link to do the search. You can also
type a name into the tool and search on that.

Visit Terry's Website to see the tool in action and add it to your
browser. When you read a news story check the names to see if the key
players include members of the CFR, RIIA etc. If so add a paragraph
exposing the limited hangout. Post the article to a website, twitter
it, add it to a facebook page, send the article to your local papers,
radio, and TV stations, fax the article to politicians. Ask why the
news media has failed to make the connection with these organizations
in the article.

The best way to stop these groups is to make them visible. Using
"Googling the Elite's Who's Who" can help do that.

Please consider seriously the reason why these elite institutions are not
discussed in the mainstream press despite the immense financial and political
power they wield?
There are sick and evil occultists running the Western World. They are power
mad lunatics like something from a kids cartoon with their fingers on the
nuclear button! Armageddon is closer than you thought. Only God can save our
souls from their clutches, at least that's my considered opinion - Tony
