Ever hear of the Inquiry? It was the first US intelligence agency. CFR founding father Col House was the first National Security Advisor. In 1992 I first found reference to the Inquiry in a footnote to Caroll Quigley’s Anglo American Establishment (1966. Most US National Security Advisors since House have been CFR members. Most CIA chiefs have also been CFR members. It is likely Council on Foreign Relations member General David Petreaus will be the next CIA chief. The CFR has uses the intelligence agencies to help plan and carry out psyco-political operations focused at different groups around the world and in the United States to cause conflict, control public opinion and increase corporate member profits.
