Strategic Air Command (SAC) is in charge.
Centralising NATO member states military command and control,
particularly of nuclear weapons.
Constant fear of 'nationalism' and description of it like a
contagious disease or danger.
French nationalism is leading to dangerous German nationalism.
Lots of detail about frustration at France's non membership of NATO -
including of 'emotional' reasons (!)
Suggestions to ostracise France until she joins NATO.
Discussions about rights and wrongs of NATO intervening in Angola on
behalf of Portugal
