Dear Friends and Ambassadors for Peace,
The annual coming together of the branches and
the areas of UPF activity across the UK. We will
begin by sharing with you the highlights of the
2016 events and development of certain projects we are planning for the future.
We will also bring UPF International news too
including the International Association of
Parliamentarians for Peace. Some prominent
Ambassadors for Peace, including UPF Director
Keith Best and Afzal Ashraf will be acknowledged
for their many great works. Afzal Ashraf will
also share some of his experience about
anti-radicalisation where UPF will be playing a role.
We would also like to introduce, newly developing, UPF YOUNG ACHIEVERS GROUP.
Registration at 12.00noon and light refreshments
and snacks – and will start the programme at
12.30pm sharp! We will present Ambassador for
Peace awards during the afternoon.
This will be followed by a delicious meal and
festivities. We will finish at 5 pm. The
full programme will be sent to you in the
following days. There will be some charge to cover the expenses of the day.
