ini sebetulnya masalah teman di perbend, jadi dasar penerbitan skpp oleh satker
adalah SK Kapolri yng memberhentikan ybs dengan hormat dengan hak pensiun per
1-2-2007 sd 1-2-2017 (hak pensiun 10 thn) karena hukuman disiplin ybs desersi,
shg hak gaji distop oleh juru bayar POLRES per 1-8-2006 (maksudnya terima gaji
terakhir 1-8-2006) juru bayar menerbitkan SKPP atas dasar SK tsb diatas dan
KPPN telah menerbitkan pengesahannya dan mengirimkan ke PT Asabri sesuai
permintaan satker. kemudian PT Asabri menolak byr pensiun ybs krn pembayaran
gaji terakhir berbeda dg tmt pensiun, terus juru bayar minta kekurangan gaji
tsb ke KPPN, gitu ceritanya.
tp se visi dg anda maka hak tsb telah dibayar dan SKPP telah diralat.
