No, they don't -- libumem has much (much!) richer debugging facilities.
Just take a look at the output of "::dmods -l libumem.so.1" when running
MDB on a process linked with libumem: with mtmalloc, you can't even
do basic debugging operations like iterating over allocated buffers,
let alone advanced libumem features like ::findleaks...
