That seems to be at odds with the recent checkin, to me. Why check the
source for filebench into ON when presumably I can't go and alter the
source via ON? It sounds like I'd have to contribute the source to the
upstream repository on sourceforge.
It seems to me that:
- As Ben says, this should be autoconf-driven if it is to
be multiplatform
- It's a more natural fit for the SFW consolidation than OS/Net,
since SFW is oriented around taking source provided from
upstream providers and doing ./configure && make && make install.
It's weird to me that this project would be doing this seemingly in the
reverse order given your stated big picture...
