Hello, I have now pushed the libpfm changes to support perfmon3.
Note that this library supports v3, v2.81, v2.2 and v2.3 (specials for Cray and SiCortex), and IA64 v2.0. It provides examples for all 3 releases. The glue layer is provides to seamlessly execute v2.81 apps on v3. The whole code is in a branch called perfmon3.
