Description of problem:
perl-Class-Std is a build dependency of perl-Class-Std-Fast package, which I
maintain, but perl-Class-Std does not yet exist in EPEL8 repos.
Request the package maintainer build perl-Class-Std for EPEL8, or grant me
commit access to the epel8 branch so that I may do it.
