perl-Gnome2-Vte is a wrapper for a Gtk2 vte library. That library in 2.91
version switched from Gtk2 to Gtk3 and vte package was scheduled for removal
from Fedora

Therefore I also removed perl-Gnome2-Vte was removed from the distribution.
