            Bug ID: 1843864
Summary: perl-File-RsyncP-0.74-17.fc33 FTBFS: cp: cannot stat
'/usr/lib/rpm/config.*': No such file or directory
           Product: Fedora
           Version: rawhide
               URL: https://koschei.fedoraproject.org/package/perl-File-Rs
                    yncP?collection=f33
            Status: NEW
         Component: perl-File-RsyncP
          Assignee: jples...@redhat.com
          Reporter: ppi...@redhat.com
        QA Contact: extras...@fedoraproject.org
                CC: imlinux+fed...@gmail.com, jples...@redhat.com,
                    perl-devel@lists.fedoraproject.org
            Blocks: 1803234 (F33FTBFS)
  Target Milestone: ---
    Classification: Fedora

perl-File-RsyncP-0.74-17.fc33 fails to build in Fedora 33:

Executing(%prep): /bin/sh -e /var/tmp/rpm-tmp.vWubWB
+ umask 022
+ cd /builddir/build/BUILD
+ cd /builddir/build/BUILD
+ rm -rf File-RsyncP-0.74
+ /usr/bin/gzip -dc /builddir/build/SOURCES/File-RsyncP-0.74.tar.gz
+ /usr/bin/tar -xof -
+ STATUS=0
+ '[' 0 -ne 0 ']'
+ cd File-RsyncP-0.74
+ /usr/bin/chmod -Rf a+rX,u+w,g-w,o-w .
+ cp '/usr/lib/rpm/config.*' FileList/
cp: cannot stat '/usr/lib/rpm/config.*': No such file or directory
error: Bad exit status from /var/tmp/rpm-tmp.vWubWB (%prep)

A difference between the passing and failing build root is at
<https://koschei.fedoraproject.org/build/8421636>. This is probably triggered
by upgrading rpm-build from 4.15.90-0.git14971.12.fc33.1 to
4.16.0-0.beta1.1.fc33.1.
