  Target Milestone: ---

Description of problem:
Package perl-Class-Autouse fails to build from source in Fedora Rawhide.

Can't locate inc/Module/Install/DSL.pm in @INC (you may need to install the
inc::Module::Install::DSL module) (@INC contains: /usr/local/lib64/perl5/5.36
/usr/local/share/perl5/5.36 /usr/lib64/perl5/vendor_perl
/usr/share/perl5/vendor_perl /usr/lib64/perl5 /usr/share/perl5) at Makefile.PL
line 1.
BEGIN failed--compilation aborted at Makefile.PL line 1.

It is caused by updating perl-Module-Install to version >= 1.20.
Module::Install::DSL has been removed in version 1.20.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
2.01-34.fc38

Steps to Reproduce:
koji build --scratch f39 perl-Class-Autouse-2.01-34.fc38.src.rpm

Additional info:
This package is tracked by Koschei. See:
https://koschei.fedoraproject.org/package/perl-Class-Autouse

Reproducible: Always
