Petr Pisar <[email protected]> changed: What |Removed |Added ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- Keywords| |Triaged Link ID| |Github | |rpm-software-management/dnf | |5/issues/1483 Summary|Cannot update packages in |Cannot update openh264 |RU |packages in Russia --- Comment #1 from Petr Pisar <[email protected]> --- This is not caused by DNF5. The reason is that Cisco, which distributes the openh264 packages, hosts a mirror at a provider who blocks connections from some regions. See <https://discussion.fedoraproject.org/t/ciscobinary-openh264-org-is-unreachable-in-some-countries-ru-ua-ir/161434>. As a workaround, you can reconfigure the repository to use a specific mirror which works for you <https://github.com/rpm-software-management/dnf5/issues/2252#issuecomment-2909465271>. In the long term, DNF5 could support specifying which mirrors you do not want to use <https://github.com/rpm-software-management/dnf5/issues/1483>. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are on the CC list for the bug. https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2411837 Report this comment as SPAM: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/enter_bug.cgi?product=Bugzilla&format=report-spam&short_desc=Report%20of%20Bug%202411837%23c1 -- _______________________________________________ perl-devel mailing list -- [email protected] To unsubscribe send an email to [email protected] Fedora Code of Conduct: https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/project/code-of-conduct/ List Guidelines: https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Mailing_list_guidelines List Archives: https://lists.fedoraproject.org/archives/list/[email protected] Do not reply to spam, report it: https://pagure.io/fedora-infrastructure/new_issue
