This is related to BugID 1160801 for perl-Net-CIDR-Lite, but we are also
missing the full version.
Same justification, this is available in previous versions and some software
depend on the full, not the Lite.

Easily reproducible.
Fails when searching for perl-Net-CIDR with yum.
