Description of problem:
I have been trying to upload tar.gz files to bug id
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1121356 but am unable to do so.
There are no error messages produced, just a small text file.

Latest version of bugzilla.redhat.com
How reproducible:
VERY FREQUENTLY BUT NOT ALWAYS
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Poke "add an attachment" link
2.Poke "browse" button
3.Select a file to upload
4.Watch the upload produce NO results.
