documentation of perl_parse() function is horrid. The perlembed man page
mentions the function, but doesn't explain the arguments, instead
referencing the perlguts and perlapi manpages. Perlguts doesn't doesn't
mention it, perlapi directs the reader to perlembed for information.
If possible, please send me the explanation of perl_parse() and mark this on
the TODO for the next round of manning.
