Run them by the list. I like the way that p5p works: patches are mailed to the list, the list comments, and then approved (possibly revised) patches are committed. That way we get see what you're thinking of doing, and maybe suggest better ways. Is that too clumsy? Your suggestions are welcomed ... Nat
