I was looking for the documentation on here-docs last night, and finally
tracked it down in perldata.

Maybe I'm nuts, but it seems to me that, being a quoting mechanism, it
should be in perlop, in the Quote and Quote-Like Operator section.  As
it is, it's in the part of perldata that talks about how the various
perl data types are interpolated,  which has some relation, but doesn't
strike me as the right place for it - particularly as I would think that
one would actually be looking for this information when wanting to
actually *use* a here-doc, rather than when trying to figure out the
more general issue of interpolation.

Am I crazy, or should I whip up a patch?

Note that reversing a cable at BOTH ends is likely to result in perfect
operation of the hardware, which is not the aim of this exercise.
