as i was sync-ing the FAQ repository with some changes from Jarkko,
i noticed a few bad links in the perlfaq POD.  i wrote a quick link
checker to extract and report the bad links. see the list below.

i think this is a pretty useful little tool, and along with a few other
things i've made to check various things in the perlfaq, i'd like to put
this stuff in the FAQ repository so we can do things like:

   make linkcheck
   make toc

or whatever.  i think these tools should live in the same place as the 
source they check. any comments?

can anyone make sense of these failures or tell me where the resource
now lives?
