There is no standard way to do this in LDAP. If the server is based on
X.500, ask the vendor if they support the modifyRightsRequest critical
extension, and expose it to LDAP clients. If the server isn't X.500-based,
they might have some proprietary extension which will do something similar.
Again, ask your server vendor.

If the vendor needs you to use a control/extended op, then you should find
that you can create the right sort of object using perl-ldap. If you get
stuck, ask here for help :-)
