Make sure you feed "Makefile.PL" to perl5, not to any shell, not to perl4,
and not to COMMAND.COM either.
If you haven't got perl version 5 (type "perl -v" to find out), then you
must install that first before you can use libnet.
Ask you local system administrator for help if you still cannot get things
working. If you ARE your local system administrator, buy a book about perl.
