Yah. Suspend & resume are specifically designed for Top. I didn't want
Top to allow real damage without some sort of safeguard. If you

Then you can eval arbitrary code with the '!' command.

Are you seeing starvation? If you only use one priority level then
events will be FIFO. Did you try this?
