Is this mailing list dead?

If so, that is too bad... where can I find a high-quality perl mailing list
to lurk and learn? I know perl moderately well (but no, I don't understand
most of Randall Schwartz's scripts ;) so I'd like something at about
general-use level. Any suggestions would be appreciated... even ones not
within that range.
