It certainly sounds like there may be a small return on the time invested
in hunting it down so perhaps it is not worth bothering with that one.  
It is a subtle matter in that perl version and/or CGI.pm versions have an
effect on the bug seen (hence I cannot rule out perl or CGI.pm being at
fault despite the fact that "It's only visible via the web server" makes
it sound like it is the web server's fault).

Where do the tuits go?
