Thanks for this.  Please also include the output of 'perl -v' with the
logs so I can make sure I'm looking at the same version you are.  Since
the output of this log indicates problems in areas where I made some
recent changes, I'll defer going through it in detail until I get the
perl -v output.

In general, I will work with you to get the pass rate much higher.  We
can do that off-list, posting periodic progress reports.  Sometimes it
would be better if we could do this interactively through, say, irc
chat.  What hours would you be available for this, generally speaking.
I see you are at GMT+6, while I'm at GMT-6, so there likely isn't much
possibility of overlap.
