This is a very good point. I also think it’s another one where the “actual/expected” pair wins out over “have/want”, once again due to the fact that both parts of the latter pair have so many different meanings. F.ex. when translating to German, outside of idioms you’ll find six translations of “actual” and just two of “expected”, but more than a dozen for “have” and some 20-odd for “want”.
