Sometimes there seem to be two reports from the same source a failure
and then a success. It would be very useful to be able to see what has
changed in the system that let the tests pass.
Even without the duplicates this might help understand what is a good
vs. bad environment for the module.


Just for reference, CPAN::Reporter always includes the same
information in the report, regardless of success or failure.  The only
thing that changes is the intro message ("Congratulations! Tests were
successful" or "Unfortunately, problems were found").
