I've been out of the Test::Harness 3.0 loop for a while. Months ago I talked to Ovid about how it'd be good if I tried to get together some idea of where we are at, and that clearly didn't happen.

I'm looking at the Test::Harness queue (freshly cleared of spam) and there are so many features/bugs that I just don't think it makes sense to address. See http://rt.cpan.org/Dist/Display.html? Queue=Test-Harness for what I mean.

All the @INC handling, all the determining of how to run each .t file, all the mucking with PERL5LIB, etc etc etc. I just don't want to deal with it if T::H 3.0 is coming soon.

Thoughts?

xoxo,
Andy
