We have a project where we are setting up a mini cpan for the modulesthat we are using, and it would be useful if there was a simple flag that
we could set that would have the cpan stop IF a build and test of a dependent module failed.
Is there such a flag, and I am just missing it in the documentation, or is this something that would need to be threaded into the code? a.f.hampe
