I don't know where it's getting PAR::Packer from, but the real failure is due to this: [ERROR] [Mon Aug 18 01:32:14 2008] This module requires 'Module::Build' and 'CPANPLUS::Dist::Build' to be installed, but you don't have it! Will fall back to 'CPANPLUS::Dist::MM', but might not be able to install! The annoying "feature" where CPANPLUS won't install Module::Build for you but will instead write its own Makefile.PL. Alpha versions of CPANPLUS finally fix this, maybe we can get chris to upgrade. -- Stabbing you in the face for your own good.
