Yes, that's a very good point.
use Test::More tests => 3;
subtest "first" => sub { ... };
subtest "second" => sub { ... };
subtest "three" => sub { ... };
The main count remains three no matter how the subtests change. I just use
done_testing() but for those who like to count tests, it is more convenient.
