Or maybe SDKs sould each live in their own namespace so you can
have multiple versions of modules installed. Instead of
Devel::Symdump, you'll have SDK::Testing::Devel::Symdump.

After all, one of the arguments for SDKs is to collect
known versions of modules that are known to work together
for the purpose of that SDK, if you start mixing different
versions, half the excuse for an SDK disappears, but if you
don't have a way for multiple versions of the same module
to be installed, then you can't have two different SDKs
that have different versions of the same module in them
(just imagining the worst case to be a pain :-).
