Hi folks,

I have put together a basic crypto SDK. It's still quite raw and several
important pieces are missing, but I have put it up at

    http://vipul.net/perl/sources/crypto-sdk/

for those of you who would like to play with it and send me bug
reports. :-)

Along the way, I also hacked up a more general tool for building and
maintaining SDKs. I call it "sidekick" and a bleeding alpha is
available at:

    http://vipul.net/perl/sources/sidekick/

The current version doesn't do anything fancier than fetch modules from
cpan, help resolve dependencies, apply stored patches and roll a SDK
distribution. But I intend to hack on it further and among other things
have it automatically (and safely) roll new SDKs when new versions of
constituent bundles are released on CPAN.

Comments, suggestions, and patches are welcome.

best,
vipul
