Today around 1:05pm, Jonathan Feinberg hammered out this masterpiece:

: I joined this list a week or so ago, and I have seen no posts. This is an
: ACK? message.

This list is live, just low traffic.

I am looking for a few ideas for TPC talks that are good "get in the
door" type of talks.

I am thinking about discussing the many dusty corners of Perl's
subroutines and what's happening in 5.7.* And giving many examples of
usefull tricks/hacks/etc you can do with subs.

I am also thinking about giving a bunch of options for building online
documents with non-technical people, aka. being lazy with web admin.

Any other ideas are welcome, and/or comments on these ideas.

Thanks.
