Has anyone succeeded with anonymous cvs at picu/sourceforge?

I'm a new to sourceforge so I can't tell if they may be having 
system problems or if I need to do something.

Until this is working smoothly I will gladly email the source
(about 50K as an email) to anyone that requests it.
