Hi,
I've just popped on this list to ask a question I couldn't seem to
find addressed in the archives, namely, URI escaping UNICODE in perl.
It breaks URI::Escape's &uri_escape in perl5.6.1, even with 'use
utf8;' in the calling script (would that help?)
