Hello. I released Unicode::Normalize 0.20.
The older version of Unicode::Normalize (U::N) does not use Hangul syllable decomposition for decomposition mappings, as there was no character having Hangul syllables in its decomposition mapping. Unicode 4.0.0 (BETA), however, has newly assigned four characters having Hangul syllables in the decomposition mapping. So old U::N will fail in the full decomposition and NFKD of these characters. In the newer U::N, this problem is fixed. It is available from http://homepage1.nifty.com/nomenclator/perl/Unicode-Normalize-0.20.tar.gz and will be also distributed from CPAN soon. SADAHIRO Tomoyuki
