If you're not stealing the code, you should have access to the source
code for the form you are generating.  You could make it into a template
and just fill in the changed parts before re-rendering.  Look at templating
systems as one option.  I only have a small pppicture of what you're trying
to do and I can't really tell what would be an optimal solution.
