Hello Glennix,
Are you using the CPAN Yahoo! Messenger module? I tried it but it does
not seem to work. Is there another module available?

hi.
i made a small IM(primarily for Yahoo Messenger) proxy program that does
computername, IP address, time authentication, banned
words/phrases..etc. However there's a part of the data i can't read? how
do i read this? below is one line of the data.

what encoding is this? how do i go about it?
There's probably a document somewhere that describes the format of your
IM messages - find it and use it to decode the binary fields - start
with Google and if that's no help go to the Yahoo website and look around
for software apps and such.
