I would like to open up a gif image and I know coordinates in that image - I would like to color area within certain coordinates in certain color. Can anyone suggest any library to do this in perl? Or do we even need a library for this?
I've tried to install ImageMagick for this, but it's giving install problems and I took a quick look at GRaphviz- doesnt seem to support this kind of stuff though I might be wrong. So, any other suggestions about how to go about it would be welcome.
