I am stumped on a new problem.
Here's what I need to accomplish. I would like to write a web based password
reset utility for my help desk users. The HelpDesk Users do not have priveleged
accounts. However, I need to somehow be able to give my CGI script the ability
to use a generic account that has account operator access to change the NT
Password. I have looked at NT reskit utilities such as SU, with no luck. Does
anyone have any suggestions on how to accomplish this. The only idea that I
have is to write a id and password file to a directory, and poll that directory
for the file and do the pw reset from there. Any suggestions is appreciated.
