Daniel,
To use 'Wake On LAN', you need a computer motherboard and BIOS that supports
it, A network card that supports it, and a signal wire connected between
them. As I understand it, you send a 'Magic Packet' to the destination
machine repeating the NIC's MAC address several times. This will be like
hitting the power button if all other conditions are met.
