If I use the GetDomainController function in the Win32::NetAdmin module and the result is FALSE (which indicates that the function failed), could such a result be considered to indicate that the PDC is definitely down? If not, then what other reasons would there be for the function to return a FALSE value? Network congestion, perhaps? Thank you.
