Is it possible to break the search down into small sections? If
yes, then just write (or print) a dummy <tag> of some type to
the browser just to keep the connection alive. If searching lots
of files, go for the month-a-time solution. Check the January
files then print the dummy tag, check the February files, and
send the dummy tag, and so on.
