Which TK should I use?

Hello:

        I am going to start learning Tk, but I wasn't sure which would be best for
my environment and whether there are any complementary modules I should
consider installing.  I use NT/2000.  Could someone point me in the right
direction?  Also, how does Tk compare with Win32::GUI?  Thanks.
