Win32::AdminMisc

My apologies for asking what is probably an amateur question, but I need help. 
 
I've downloaded the latest version of ActiveState & when I code:
 
Win32::AdminMisc;
 
I get the error "Can't locate loadable object for module Win32::AdminMisc in @INC <@INC contains: c:/Perl/lib c:/Perl/site/lib
 
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
